Who is Vensure HR?
Vensure HR creates customized HR management solutions for StoryPoint Group and external clients across the country. Vensure offers you, as an employee, a dedicated Employee Experience Team available to answer questions in regard to payroll, employee benefits, tax and W-2s, etc. The Employee Experience Team is available to you Monday – Friday 8am-7pm EST at 877-522-5887 or employeesupport@vensure.com.
Can I get direct deposit?
Yes, we offer direct deposit to our employees. Should you need to update or change your direct deposit information, you can do so at any time once you have registered and created your employee web portal via PrismHR. https://epw-ep.prismhr.com/#/auth/login. If you need assistance accessing your employee web portal, please contact the Vensure Employee Experience Team at 877-522-5887 or employeesupport@vensure.com
How will my ancillary benefits (401K, etc.) be transferred over?
Ancillary benefits will be transferred over for those who are eligible. Eligibility requirements and plan information will be sent to each employee prior to enrollment.
Does this company provide tuition reimbursement?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a tuition reimbursement program to our full-time employees and employees consistently working 30+ hours per week.
Will my job title change?
Yes. To ensure an easy transition into StoryPoint Group and remain consistent across our communities, your current job title will be mapped to a corresponding StoryPoint Group job title.
How do I get reimbursed for necessary work expenses?
For necessary work expenses, we use Concur to manage these. Additional information and instructions will be sent to you through your leader as well as the reimbursement schedule.
Does your company offer 401k?
Yes, we offer a 401(k) Retirement Plan through TransAmerica to employees age 21 and over following 60 days of employment. Additional information will be sent to each employee prior to enrollment.
I am having trouble registering and/or accessing the PrismHR employee web portal. What do I do?

I’m having trouble completing my electronic onboarding and benefit elections in my employee web portal. What do I do?

How can I view the employee handbook?
You can access the employee handbook at any time via your employee web portal located in the Documents section. https://epw-ep.prismhr.com/#/auth/login. Will I be required to relocate or travel more after the acquisition?
It is possible that certain positions may require some travel to other communities or our Home Offices in Brighton, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; and North Canton, OH.
How are employees measured or assessed at this company?
Most companies provide feedback in annual performance reviews. However, we are pleased to provide employees with monthly check-ins with their leader. Leading with our Employee First mission ensures employees feel that they belong, and they matter. Monthly check-ins help foster a trusting relationship and connection. Check-ins are a two-way conversation with your leader to discuss your strengths, areas of opportunity, what is working well, and development opportunities.
Will I still have my position after the acquisition is complete?
Yes, you will stay in your current position once the acquisition is complete. However, the job duties for each role will be evaluated and may change.
Will I need to complete additional training to maintain my position?
It is possible that additional training will be required, however these needs are still being evaluated.
Who will I report to after the acquisition is complete?
Most positions will maintain their current reporting structure.
If I continue in my current role, how will my responsibilities change?
At this time, we anticipate minimal changes in your role and responsibilities. However, the current job duties for each role will be evaluated and may change in the future.
If I am interested, what are my opportunities for growth in the company?
Once the acquisition is complete, please speak with your leader or a member of the Support and Integration Team to discuss your opportunities for growth.
Will my current work schedule change?
At this time, we anticipate minimal changes in your work schedules from your current schedule.
I need to go to the doctor but have not received my medical and/or dental cards. What do I do?
