What will happen to my vacation time?
Current vacation time will close and be paid out by Watermark. Employees will begin accruing paid time off hours with our company at a set date immediately following the close date of the previous banks.
Will I continue to be paid on the same schedule as I currently am?
You will continue to be paid bi-weekly. However, your schedule pay dates will adjust to reflect Senior Village Management (SVM) pay schedule.
How will my benefits change?
All benefit eligible employees will be moved to our current health plan. The plan is a PPO Plan with HSA through Blue Cross Blue Shield. You can access the Employee Benefit Guide via your employee web portal https://epw-ep.prismhr.com/#/auth/login. Can I get direct deposit?
Yes, we offer direct deposit to our employees. Should you need to update or change your direct deposit information, you can do so at any time once you have registered and created your EmPower HR employee web portal via PrismHR. https://epw-ep.prismhr.com/#/auth/login. If you need assistance accessing your employee web portal please contact the EmPower HR Employee Care Team at 855-603-6950 or help@empowerhr.com.
How will my ancillary benefits (401K, etc.) be transferred over?
Ancillary benefits will be transferred over for those who are eligible. Eligibility requirements and plan information will be sent to each employee prior to enrollment.
Does this company provide tuition reimbursement?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a tuition reimbursement program to our full-time employees and employees consistently working 30+ hours per week.
Will my job title change?
No.
How do I get reimbursed for necessary work expenses?
For necessary work expenses, we use Concur to manage these. Additional information and instructions will be sent to you through your leader as well as the reimbursement schedule.
I’m currently paid via a pay card. Will I receive a new one?
No. You will keep your current pay card. You will need the routing and account number for the card to set up the corresponding direct deposit fields in your employee web portal via PrismHR. https://epw-ep.prismhr.com/#/auth/login. Does your company offer 401k?
Yes, we offer a 401(k) Retirement Plan through TransAmerica to employees age 21 and over following 60 days of employment. Additional information will be sent to each employee prior to enrollment.

Will I be required to relocate or travel more after the acquisition?
It is possible that certain positions may require some travel to other communities or our Home Office in Brighton, MI.
How are employees measured or assessed at this company?
We are pleased to provide our employees with monthly check-in’s and formal performance reviews twice per year.
Will I still have my position after the acquisition is complete?
Yes, you will stay in your current position once the acquisition is complete. However, the job duties for each role will be evaluated and may change.

Who is EmPower HR?
EmPower HR is part of Common Sail Investment Group. EmPower HR creates customized HR management solutions for our Common Sail businesses and external clients across the Midwest.
