When it comes to the environment within our communities and the experiences our residents have each day, it’s all possible because of one thing: our employees. Your dedication to your role, your desire to learn and grow, and your passion to be the best you can be are a few of the many attributes that help us impact lives and provide the highest level of service – and for that, we thank you.Learn more about some of our stellar employees:

Montana Durham – StoryPoint Rockford – Server
- Ellee Osborne, our amazing manager, always inspires all of us to do our best. She cares so much for each of us, too. She has shown us how to keep a smile on our faces in the toughest of situations.
- I love all the residents too much to just pick one. It is amazing to get to see all of them almost every day.
FUN FACT: Montana moved to Alabama when she was three years old, but her mom thought it was too hot, so they moved back to Michigan a year later.
Sam Boukma – StoryPoint Rockford – Server
- My co-workers Bryan Lindsay and Jaedyn Dwyer both inspire and support me each day. Watching Jaedyn grow in the company and build new relationships makes me want to work harder for the residents that I serve. She is a great worker and an even more supportive and caring friend. Bryan is always encouraging me. He is hardworking, kind and honest and he pushes me to be a better person each day.
- I have become close friends with Donald Schmock and Marilyn Hendrickson. Don is always such an uplifting person and makes working even better because he lets us know that he appreciates everything we do. Marilyn is such an encouraging and sweet person who always brings a smile to my face when I see her. Even spending just a few minutes talking to her makes my day better. I love to stay after work and sit to talk or do a puzzle with Don and Marilyn. I know they appreciate the company just as much as I do.
FUN FACT: When Sam was only four days old, she underwent open heart surgery.
